About Dominic Preuss
Dominic is the Chief Product Officer at SecondMarket, the leading marketplace for alternative investments. Prior to SecondMarket, he was SVP of Product and Technology for FiLife, an independant joint venture between Dow Jones (News Corp.) and Interactive Corp (IAC). Dominic was also the founder and CEO of FunCoop and the Vice-President of Marketplace at Meetup, a leading social media company based in New York City. Dominic was the Product Manager for Local Advertising at Google where he was responsible for the Google’s local advertising product strategy and monetization of its location-based services.
Dominic holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. Dominic currently resides in the West Village of New York City.
